What is the point of posting our problems and questions if last respond from Webmaster was in 2015?

Hello members,tenants ,Board members. Can you imaging our HOA as a bus, and driver taped al the body eyes and ears. We cannot avoid collision in the future. Will be a big problem. Think about that and come on the HOA meeting.

Just Curious if anyone in the community still viewed this "speak out" section.

Also, where do you have guest park when they visit and their is ZERO parking in the complex? My family all live several hours away and when they visit I am wondering where they may park?

According to this website info The meeting of board of directors is supposed to be every second Tuesday of the month. Today is second Tuesday and there is no meeting.It would be nice to post some Memo if meeting has been rescheduled.

I had a package delivered to the lobby of 349. Can home today to find box ripped open, contents removed and empty box left near trash. As a new resident, this is very distressing. Currently waiting for police to arrive so I can file a report.

Attention to the Board of HOA. Do not spend a lot of our money. Start to save. We have to do most important things then lights.I am against the 2nd fase and bid of the light. A lot of work need to do with boilers and elevaitors. we have to think about that. Best regard Yefim.

Would love to use gym but the multiple times I went into it, it smelled very bad! Smells like mold and hazardous waste, I felt sick! Some gym equipments are broken also! New rec room is bigger but smells even worse. Instead of repainting it, please clean it up! Get rid of the moldy smell.

please have the video surveillance at 349 parking garage be checked asap...for the 2nd time someone literally ripped off my license plate & frame again...the first incident was not caused by car backing into me but by a hand of a person vandalizing my car...DC police came & took an incident report & who ever that person captured on the video needs to be reported to them..i left a voicemail to Jennifer Salazar to have the surveillance be checked asap...I appreciate a prompt assistance in this matter...thank you

Does anybody know who approved this new gloomy, inexpressive and vague color?
Construction Company must submit color chip for licensed architect approval. I am afraid that this process was ignored and color was selected by a group of housewives with no elementary knowledge.
Color of the building is not only aesthetic feature but also affects thermal resistance of the building structure. In our foggy climate the grey color is bad. Original color made after big reconstruction project was perfect and must be preserved.
It is late to talk about it, but it shows how our BOD acts and cannot be trusted when it comes to engineering decisions.

Unfortunately I can't post photos here, I am referring to the dumpster that is currently blocking the sidewalk (walking up the hill from the tennis court). Really board members, this is where you decided to place it???

I am wondering who approved this huge dumpster to be placed on the sidewalk (up the hill from the pool area)?
I want to notify you that on Tuesday June 9th after work my mom was walking home, going around this dumpster, she tripped over this brown plank (you can see on the picture circled in red) fell face down, landed on her right cheek (luckily didn't break her face bone) and cracked two of her right hand side fingers (currently wearing a cast, unable to work as cashier). I am hoping you can review this on a video and take further action.

What is contact information of our BOD members? I mean email address of one or more BOD members.

I remember I had that contact information before so that I could CC on my emails to EBMC when issues came up (late updates, extremely late resolution of issues from the past, etc.)

We agree with the last post re the building paint color poll. We understand that monitor resolutions vary, but we honestly could not tell any shade difference between the two options. We sent a message to Ms. Salazar requesting that the Association consider an addition to the poll, a description of each color and how they differ when seen in person.

Hi folks, looked at building paint color poll, but for life of me, can't see a difference, both look to be same color to me. Don't mind grey, but would prefer a lighter tone than color appears in two samples shown. Increased size of samples as far as I could, still, both seemed the same😕

We were very sorry to read that Bobbie had passed away. A classy lady with a smile for everyone. Rest in peace.

We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and had service request since 9/23/13. Is anyone else having a nightmare experience with Jennifer@EBMC? Anyone suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I saw one parking spot in guest parking is reserved for motorcycles.
Why motorcycles deserve that spot more than cars? I don't think it is fare. All vehicles should have equal parking opportunities. Tell me if I'm wrong.
